Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs
We do not charge shipping costs for our products in the Netherlands from a purchase price of € 50.00 (otherwise € 7.95). For countries with number 1 we charge no shipping costs from a purchase price of € 150.00 (otherwise € 9.95). For countries with number 2 the costs are € 25.00 per shipment. The costs of any return shipment are at your own expense. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs on our SALE products are for your own account. When you return the entire order you will receive the shipping costs back.
Import duties
In some countries you have to pay import duties. All prices on the webshop are exclusive of import duties. Check with your own customs what the costs of the import duties are.
Logistical partner
Shipping in the Netherlands is provided by PostNL. Return shipments can be delivered to a local Post Office of your choice. Shipping outside the Netherlands will be provided by a local Post Office or by UPS.
Shipping process
The shipping process of Taft Shoes is done through the following steps:
- Your order will be collect in our store;
- Your order will be sent by PostNL sorting center together with other orders;
- Your order will be delivered by a local Post Office or by UPS.
Track & Trace

Delivery times
The following days are the number of working days that a package is on the way before it reaches its destination. Due to customs clearance in the country of destination, your package can be delayed.

Follow the order
Once your order has been sent you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. Orders on weekends are processed on Monday.
Pick up the package
You can also pick up your order for free in one of our stores. In some cases this can take longer than if you have it delivered at home. If you want to pick up the shoes the same day, I would first advise you to call us +31 (0)20 6593444 or to mail us.
Incorrect delivery
In our warehouse we try to find your order as carefully as possible. Nevertheless, it can happen that we accidentally send an article with the wrong size, color or item to you.
When you have received item (s) in the wrong size, color and / or item, we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible by mail or by calling +31 (0) 20 659 34 44.
